HOUSE RULES

Follow these rules to be a considerate guest and avoid any issues during your stay.

4 guests maximum, unless previously discussed.

One dog allowed, let us know ahead of time.

Check-in: 4:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.

Checkout before 10:00 a.m.

No parties or events.

ADDITIONAL RULES

- No unauthorized guests on premise

- Bring your own outdoor campfire wood.

- No littering or contaminating the lake or forest.

- No loud music, sound travels over water.

- No smoking on premise.

- No footwear in the house.

- White walls and linens must be kept clean and free of stains.

DOG RULES

-Only one dog allowed

-No pets on furniture

-Dry their feet when they are coming indoors

-Dogs must be friendly and cannot wander off property

-If you are leaving your dog unattended inside please bring a crate for them

-Scoop their poop, this includes in the forest
